The day is about decisions under pressure: drawing when it is justified, moving while you shoot, using cover properly rather than hiding behind it, and knowing when the right answer is not to fire at all.
Assessed against 123510 — Apply tactical knowledge in the use of firearms, with the firearm-specific tactical unit standards for handgun, self-loading rifle and shotgun.

No. Regulation 21 is the annual business-purposes assessment. Tactical training is a skills course. Many security officers do both, and they serve different purposes.
