First Aid Training in Cape Town

Anyone who spends time on a range should be able to handle the first ten minutes of an emergency, because that is the window that decides most outcomes. So should anyone who drives South African roads.

We run First Aid Level 1 as the standard course, with Levels 2 and 3 and a Tactical First Responder course for security personnel and anyone who may have to work in a situation that is still dangerous.

Practical, hands-on and taught in plain language — you will do CPR on a manikin, not watch a slide about it.
